I used this service to start my business in a new state, form S corporation from my previous LLC, and perform a name change with new EIN with Michael Welchko. They only domesticated the business in a new state and then charged me for the rest of the services. They claimed I never asked for the other services and "every call is recorded" and I "need to get my stuff together and call them back". When I asked for the invoices they placed one service for the total amount they charged me for the other services. This particular service only costs $60 to file, why am I charged 9.3x this amount? Why lie and say I never asked for it, charge me for it, and tell me all of this a month after the request of it? Liars and rude. This was a referral from a friend, but I would never refer this guy to any more of our business colleagues.

Quick & easy Inc/LLC service by professional law firm. They require first filling out the online application before calling you back to go over details and payment for security and accuracy.

I have used this company in the past and had good experiences. I currently am trying to incorporate for the last 7 weeks. I submitted my application through their site. I was provided the name and number and email of the assigned attorney. That person never once responded to my inquiries. So after two weeks I kept calling their main number and finally an attorney got back to me. She advised me she was handling. After a few more weeks I was told there was some issue with the company name and she is working on it. She has not returned any of my emails and any of my numerous calls. Today I called the main number and they told me the attorney would call me this afternoon. I waited all day, no call. The receptionist apologized and informed me I would not be getting a call when I called them at about 430 pm. I feel so disrespected and so unimportant. I will never use their service again. So I am caught in a 7 week quandary with no communication from their staff. Upsetting to say the least.

I get all my LLC and professional paperwork completed here. I have for over 10yrs. What's best is there prices remain the same regardless of all the other newer corporation companies. I will keep referring everyone I know to them. One downside is the website is cumbersome and content heavy, but just take your time to read EVERYTHING!
