Called a few times to get help with real estate leases. They take your information down then no one calls you back. After 2-3 calls you have to go elsewhere.

I have done a number of deals with Michael Guju and always felt like my business was respected and well handled. I would refer his title company to anyone looking for quality work. I really enjoyed working with Robin Lovetere his paralegal as well. Thanks again for all you guys do :)

Absolutely terrible experience with Michael. He was rude and condescending. Never have I ever felt so small in my life after dealing with him. I would NEVER recommend this person to anyone. He was very unprofessional. Just gives all attorneys a bad reputation. He justified his behavior by stating his office is so busy he has no time for me.

This attorney owns Equity National Title. Lousy business practice of charging for services (ie. Services that should only be completed when a real estate sale will go to closing) that were not required after I cancelled buying a modular home. Seller of modular was notified of desire to cancel sale within 24 hours of signing initial contract which included a $1000 check. There was no miscommunication about desire to terminate contract. Real estate agents both were OK with me cancelling due to a change in life plans. Seller signed contract to terminate sale. My real estate agent delivered the contract, escrow deposit and contract cancellation form to Equity National Title at the same time. Guju's title company charged me unnecessary fees for work that should never have been performed. Dragged out mailing check to me and then instead of receiving $1000 back, the check was for $260 less. As a 28 year veteran in the Army I warn veterans to stay away from this guy. No excuse for this kind of business practice. No different than stealing. When I informed my Real Estate agent and she tried to talk to a rep at this title company, the rep was rude to my real estate agent. When I called Equity National Title to speak to them about this I got an answering machine and no call back.

After over ten years and over 100 real estate contracts with this Title Comp., I am very please. As a private lender, many times Fran Jackson, Robin Lovetere and many ladies at Equity Title LLC helped me tremendously to close deals with complete confidence. They do a great job and Mr. Guju P.A. is always there to help when needed. Some borrowers insist to have their mortgages with a different Title company. Of course, most of them are good but I never found any other Title Comp to help me as much as they do. Bravo to Mr. Guju and everyone at Equity Title LLC
