I'm sorry to say I can't vouch for this rock star attorney, as much as I want to. I found this attorney off the internet and wanted to use him because of his solid five star rating. It's difficult getting a hold of anyone, and there's various numbers I tried. I called at least five times, and emailed once. I ended up talking to an Amelia that seemed helpful for more than an hour. Unfortunately, this was at least the third phone call and an email was already sent before I was able to make contact. She never followed up with me regarding getting answers to my questions, either. I called yet, at least a fifth time, today to see if my case could even get represented. I spoke to a Jackie who made me feel less than special. I didn't get the warmth and compassion that everyone says Atty conveys. Also, every time I tried to get a word in edge wise, Jackie always interrupted me. I realize this is a one man law firm but your staff sets the tone for the office. I'm sorry but I think the staff needs some classes on this great hometown understanding and compassion. Sorry David, I tried to use you. No one said you weren't taking anymore family law cases until the sixth phone contact. I think you would've been on point, too bad your staff isn't :(.
