I recieved a letter in the mail from them because I got a traffic ticket. The letter advertised a free 15 minute consultation/strategy call. So that’s exactly what I called for a consultation & strategies. The minute you tell them you cannot afford their services or you won’t be hiring them. They rush you off the phone. I was on the phone with one of the associates for no longer than 4 minutes after I told her I cannot afford them, the associate I spoke with no longer cared to advise me or answer my questions simply just get a public defender.

Great firm to work with have been such a great, experience have done multiples jobs for us in New York and New Jersey and can't complaint at all. They have done an exceptional job. I highly recommend if you need their services to call them and make the appointment right away they're very flexible and reliable. Thank you again for your services.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this law firm. From the beginning, there was a severe lack of communication; my calls were consistently ignored, and when I did manage to get through, I felt brushed off and unimportant. What's worse, my case was passed around to different lawyers within the firm, leaving me confused and anxious about the status of my legal matter. Maria and the lawyer's wife, in particular, were unresponsive and seemed more interested in making me answer their voicemails than addressing my concerns. Sadly, my family and friends who also sought their services had the exact same experience. The level of service I received was far below what I expected from a professional law firm. It's disheartening to see a firm prioritize profit over genuine client care. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice and explore other options.
