I waited about a month to have an apt with Joe himself. I explained my reasoning for wanting to speak with him specifically and how I felt it would be more helpful to get his perspective. The day of my apt (mind you it’s 500 dollars for a consultation) when I showed up they told me Joe had called out sick for the day, and he was not there and that I needed to see the other partner. I was caught off guard… and also I waited a long time for that apt. My apt was at 5pm, so someone had all day to call and let me know of his absence but no one did. I emailed them after and told them how I felt after the consult, exactly above and how I wish I had known etc. I have emailed twice and no one has gotten back to me. Very disappointed and not at all the experience I was hoping to get based on what I had been told by others. I do not recommend this firm.
