I had originally chosen a divorce attorney at random, but quickly realized I was going to lose my shirt because they weren't up for a fight. Asking around I quickly learned of one law firm that had way more experience and were masters in the art of negotiation. I decided I needed to switch my game to the A Team, which I did. Stahancyk, Kent & Hook were just awesome and so relaxed and experienced about the whole stressful and emotional divorce proceedings. I was convinced it was going to end up in court and that stressed me further, I was assured it would not and they were 100% correct. In the end, I felt well taken care of, I got out still wearing my shirt and my sanity and it was done professionally and very cleanly in my opinion. No question was too stupid or too small to have answered in a timely manner. I didn't feel alone and I quickly realized my personal flight to freedom had the very best crew in the cockpit.
Where do I begin. Fred Schroeder is the most amazing human being we have ever been blessed to have in our lives. No one wants to read a huge thing, and I could go on and on. If you want to get your Estate in order or your parents affairs, he IS WORTH EVERY DAMN PENNY. My mom is his client, we did all the paperwork for POA and Medical POA, we have everything in black and white and legal. My mom suffered a "Massive Embolic Stroke" while on a short vacation in another state. The only nightmare we did not have is the legal ones. GOD BLESS YOU FRED!
