I recently had the misfortune of encountering a security guard at Stanley who seemed to have taken a masterclass in disrespect. From the moment I approached the entrance, it was clear that the guards’ priorities lay elsewhere—specifically, buried deep within her phone. Beside the lack being an actual security guard. She was yelling on her phone. The phone conversations reached ear-splitting levels This establishment has truly outdone itself. I recommend they get a better night security guard—preferably one that’s professional and aware.

Had to deliver in our tractor trailer. This place is NOT made for our trucks to be able to get in and maneuver easily! The entrance is actually the one in the front where cars go in and out and getting by the security guard house was a VERY tight squeeze!

After waiting for 2 months for a warranty exchange mower, I still don't have it. I've called 2 times now for an update. After being on the phone with the representative (who tried to tell me they didn't have possession of the mower, when in fact they did and have for weeks) for over 20 minutes, they're telling me they're trying to figure out what's happening with my tool. This is absolutely ridiculous!!! Still no answer on where the replacement product is and after 30 minutes was hung up on. Terrible customer service

Purchased 2 hand held vacuums after about 6 mos. The vacuum even though fully charged only works for a minute and cuts off.
