This is just a review i leave just to make sure that anyone else will fall for this non professionalism attorney. Hope that no one goes through what this client went through. To a person that was eager to get a retainer but did not have the word as a man to tell his client that he was just “ done “ with a case. In what level of business or professional this is ok? You Mr. Swidersky basically had months to give back a partial amount of the money taken from a person that I’ve seen put her life on hold, work as much overtime she could to believe that her right as a mother was going to be respected. Many times she has had come to work in tears after an intense sit down with you. YOU DO know what she was going through. Absolutely infuriates me how a person just use his power to tell a judge “ I’m retiring” but was not even fair to say “ i have charged you $12,000 dollars for nowhere case . Not only i speak for a person that’s having a hard time with life but just knowing she was charged $4000 in May 2023 and that she was contacted a year LATER just to say “I’m done with case” figure it out on your own. MIND BLOWING!!! This is disgusting behavior, I couldn’t express this anymore because i know that she trusted. I would imagine that you being a father you would’ve been more understanding as a person. May the Lord take care of this situation and have a “ happy retirement “. Zero empathy for a human being on your part, those many years of professional and law school to be a piece of work.
