This law firm is the best of Orlando! Mr. Stanton is wonderful! The communication was always the same day and within a few hours. The fees are extremely reasonable. I have lived in Orlando for over 35 years and have experienced many law firms during that time that didn't give the same effort as this firm...the team at Gasdick Stanton Early really cares about you as an individual and strives for positive results. For the last several years, I have worked with Gasdick Stanton and Early on multiple closings even though I am in Miami and they are located in Orlando. It has never been an issue because when it comes time to closing they send a roving notary to handle the closing. What impresses me about the company is how focused they are on making sure every step of the process is done correctly. We work on several REO properties a year, many have tons of liens, open permits, violations that can make or break a deal. GSE knows Florida law. I can’t tell you how many times they have saved our clients thousands of dollars where other companies told us it couldn’t be done. I love working with everyone at GSE, especially Erin Prete and AJ Stanton.

Buyer Beware! Don't use these guys if you can avoid it. They're NOT interested in you, only your money. They're very hard to get a hold of, won't return your calls or do anything to help you. They're also very cheap in the negotiating process, so you'll lose out no matter how hard you try. Stingy all the way, while you may pay way over asking price for the house you're interested in. There may be hidden issues, like a leaking fridge, they'll never reveal to you. Absolutely get a full home inspection when dealing with these guys. Get receipts (!) of household appliances BEFORE closing escrow, or you'll never ever get them, since they move slower than molasses if at all! We had a brand new fridge with the house which malfunctioned, yet without a receipt we can't get it fixed now by the manufacturer. We called a dozen times but never got a return call! Unreal. Get all your ducks in a row with these guys before you pull the trigger on the sale..or walk away and shop elsewhere (best bet!) ;)

I’m a Realtor and have used GSE for many closings. They have a good team and system in place to keep things organized and smooth for the closing process. Can handle volume and quick Cash closings as well, which is a plus! Fees are reasonable and I would definitely recommend them for a real estate closing agent!

Mr. AJ has provided me with excellent legal advice and services, explaining everything clearly along the way. He represented me very well of a dispute with my commercial sub-lease agreement. He is very knowledgeable ,caring, and he's always pick up his phone calls and reply back to his emails promptly.
