Until I attended a seminar given by Simon Stapleton in late 2019, I believed myself to be in good shape with my Will, Advanced Directive and Revocable Living Trust, which had all been updated in 2017. However, in this seminar I soon realized that I was vulnerable on many fronts; it was a bit of a shock, because I had not previously understood the difference between the Revocable Trust and the Asset Protection Trust. I was also reminded that having nothing but simple Will, regardless of how inclusive or recently-crafted, is next to useless in any number of situations. Working with Mr. Stapleton and his very excellent staff was a complete pleasure, and the resulting documents reflect their knowledge & dedication. I highly recommend their services.

Words cannot express the overwhelming amount of gratitude we feel for Stapleton Elder Law. We worked with them through my mother in laws battle with Alzheimer's which ultimately lead to her passing. There were many obstacles to get through this and the staff were incredibly patient and gracious during such a difficult time.
