If you are a victim of domestic violence and you are Hispanic do not expect the assistant of the state attorney to fight for you. I had a humiliating experience. Every time I asked for help I was treated like I was disturbing them! The assistant of the state attorney refused to present the jury with valuable evidence such as a restraining order against my exboyfriend granted by a judge for many reasons! She also failed to present my MRI results which proved I was violently assaulted. The entire process is designed to abuse the victim and defend the criminal. The public defender was extremely rude and disrespectful. There is no justice for the victim.

I was the victim of a Burglary in 2022. The case was kicked up from the Palm Springs Police Department to the State Attorney's Office in November; and as of today, 2/6/23 (4+ Months later), it still has not been reviewed. Its comforting to know, "we the victims" can obtain justice...

While the city was being besieged with redundant COVID-19 updates issues of real concern went unaddressed if even ever looked at. If Lady Justice is blind; it's time for the blindfold to come off. Recently Officers of West Palm Beach masquerading as Police unleashed a bullying attack upon me spanning many months. It's known by my profile that I am a 100% Service Connected African American Disabled Army Veteran; female Army Veteran. The latest incident was the Coupe De Grace. I was sleeping in the driveway inside my vehicle under the steering wheel when the passenger door swung open. I was startled and disoriented and before asking for my driver's license his fist words were "I'm not worried about that "Crack pipe ", well I wasn't either because I was asleep, not smoking. Crack as he referenced and why would he say that? The second 6'3 officer with blond hair and green eyes with a Jersey accent asked about the writing on the wall and who wrote. It and ask if it's the daughter (irradiated). They then walked to the end of the driveway stood along the back fence and without provocation or warning snatched open my driver's door each officer holding me on either arm with me screaming I am disabled and recently had neck surgery. The put my hands behind my back put handcuffs on me and once cuffed the short one with the black hair said "her wrists are small put the key back into the cuffs thentightening to the uncomfortable point of excruciating pain. My pants were unzipped and almost down below my buttocks and due to an infection causing incontinence I had on a depend which was clearly exposed. I was dragged from my vehicle in the driveway to the sidewalk. Then I was dragged up to the stop sign and over halfway down the block. I was then thrown into the back of the police cruiser all for nothing. They finally called it in and I was free to go. Had they called it in before the dramatic situation they would never have unlawfully detained me in the first place. They pulled out both pants pockets, went under my shirt pulled out my bra from my brast and started shaking it. Who does that? It wasn't because I was black or African American either, it was due to poor judgment and failure to follow rank and file. Had they talked to their Commanding Officer through that little bitty box on their shoulder they would have realized P.B.S.O. had detained me that night before. There were other officers present. A female deputy handled the call very professionally. The necessary calls were made and after she was authorized by her Supervisor I was released. My Life mattered to them all especially the female deputy acting in accordance to Sheriff Deputy policy and Procedure. She was Caucasian and I was African American and it didn't involve the color of my skin, but her oath to serve and protect and all of the Officers on that call, Caucasian and African American alike treated me as a human being and with dignity and respect.

Nobody answers The telephone. An automated message comes on and tells you somebody will be right with you and then disconnects you. I have called a number of times with no success of reaching anyone. I was left a message by somebody in that office she’s unprofessional she left no phone number she left no Information On how to reach her or who I should be reaching. I am disgusted. Such a shame.
