Partners take big cases and pleasant but mediocre associates get small ones. SM doesn't get around to dispersing some checks for nearly 6 months, incorrectly lists party on summons for service- has to be done twice! Insist secretary do things that are not accurate. Promises things that don't happen to surrogate court clients. Partners allow Jr attorney to be rude to secretary, long time p/t secretary talks to her friends on the phone much more than she works, chit chats so much it is disruptive and then rushes making mistakes. Payroll company messes up paychecks constantly; This firm does not not appreciate quality employees.
