I feel that even giving them 1 star is too much for them. All they did was take our hard earned money. We were trying to purchase a house and they charged us $400 dollars to get us a title search which normally should take 3-5 business days and ended up taking 13 business days. When calling to check status the title company and the them would just blame each other. Which also cost our seller to backdown because she thought we were lying. We were told $250 of our money would be refunded if the title search came back and we decided to not move forward then said it was non refundable because he explained the title search over the phone. We never even sat and went over it. Worst experience ever. There are really no more honest people out here. Such a shame. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money.
