My husband and I were rear-ended by an F350 while on the way to the hospital for him to have a lower lumbar fusion. We were hit so hard we were shoved into a van in front of us and we had to be pulled out of the car by EMS. My case was pretty standard as far as car accidents are concerned though I had moderate injuries, but my husband's case was a different beast altogether. Proving that the accident contributed to his back pain as much as the existing problems and subsequent surgery was undoubtedly tricky. We first hired another attorney on a friend's recommendation but couldn't get a straight answer about where our case stood. We were also made to feel like a huge bother, talked down to and given fluff stories when asking for a simple update every few months. We made the decision to terminate them and call Steven. It was the best decision we could have made. He and his Paralegal, Becky Chapin, made themselves available, were patient and took action on our cases immediately. Our emails were actually answered and were always addressed in a professional, informative manner.
