Steltzner is terrible careless, unprofessional, and irresponsible! He sent me a package about a survey that is adjacent to my property. I called left a message with his receptionist and over 3 weeks later called me with very rude tone.

Steltzner Law firm prepared our trust for us. They are very professional, thorough and responsive. Whenever I send an email with a request or question, they always promptly respond. We are currently using this firm for the sale of our house and purchase of another. Highly recommend!!

They were wonderful to work with. We were closing on our house, and had communication issues with our lender and broker. They made sure it all went so smoothly, even when things had been a bit off the rails up until then. They were super accommodating with things were a bit nuts. Everyone in the office is knowledgeable and so kind. I seriously can't recommend here enough.

It was overall a great experience. Donovan was very knowledgeable and professional for my house closing. All of the paperwork was ready to be signed when I arrived. My husband loved the snacks and I was surprised with a bottle of wine! Great job!

I had a Home Equity Line of Credit loan I needed a closing Attorney for. I reached out to Steltzner Law based on their good reviews. I can say with 110% certainty that I chose the right attorney! They were amazing from the very first phone call! The bank I chose for my loan was very different in the way they do things and honestly made things difficult! Donovan still was able to make things work out very well. Pretty much the only thing I ever even had to wait on was the bank. At one point something came up that with a less attorney would have halted the closing for another month or so! With some awesome quick thinking on Donovan's part he was able to get it resolved! I cant go into detail really however I will say it was something that he honestly didn't have to do he just did it out of the goodness of his heart and really went the extra mile! I am eternally grateful to him! I would definitley recommend him to anyone! Also he was very very knowledgeable about what he was doing which is great too! Thank you so much Stelzner Law!!
