Although Mr. Hunter himself was very polite and helpful. His wife/secretary was extremely rude, continually rolled her eyes, and talked to me in a very demeaning way. I had given them a retainer, but ended up not needing their service. My consultation lasted less than 4 minutes, and consisted of me telling Mr. Hunter that I was having a custody hearing and was unsure of the date. Absolutely no details were given nor was a plan set in place by him. I also called the business once which was a phone call that lasted less than 2 minutes to set up a date for my non-existent consultation, and I made a second phone call which was not answered, a voicemail was left, and I did not receive a return call. Mr. Hunter was more than happy to return my money, as I stated, he was a very genuine and nice fellow. His wife charged me 50 dollars for leaving an unreturned voicemail, and for my pretend consultation. Her body language and attitude was beyond insulting. She was hushing me the entire time I was attempting to explain what Mr. Hunter said, while she was yelling about how the door should have been locked and how I shouldn't have even been in the building. She was not wearing a mask, but continually made remarks about me not wearing one and needing to "back up and get far away from me." I hate to give a low rating because Mr. Hunter seems really nice, but his wife caused him to lose me as a customer, and I will never suggest him to anyone because of her.
