Mr Levy refused to see me in his office, he only communicated with me via email. He told me to gather all of my charts and information, asking specific questions of the documentation that I had no way of requesting from the individual providers. When I did send him charts, they sat unreviewed until I notified him I sent them. After months of this back and forth emailing, with Mr Levy often using terse, demanding language, still having never met him, he said that I needed to deposit funds to pay for an expert to review my charts to see if I even have a case. If your looking for an attorney that will make you do all the work gathering all medical records while your still injured and barely get around then he's your guy. Very unprofessional and only deals over the phone or with text. No office consultation even after months of dealing with him and finally when I ask him to call me he sends a text saying he won't call me unless I send him records and bills from out of state treatment I received which I was having a hard time getting, now I don't know about you guys but I want a attorney to help me not have a injured client do his work for him. BE WARNED LOOK ELSEWHERE. I have proof and text messages back and forth for months up until Dec.29 the fact that his response to the review is he never represented me should definitely be reason enough to look elsewhere
