The staff are courteous and helpful. One stop to handle all your military information needs. The Meps center is also in the building.
I took my elderly non English speaking parents to do the biometrics and everyone from the security to the USCIS officer was so nice. Lobby was warm on a 30-degree April morning. Nothing to complain about. Biometric office is kinda short staffed now so I’d get a 2-hour metered parking if you need to plan your time. 5 star experience for sure.
Where to begin. A severe lack of communication and organization at pretty much every level. GSA does not care about the customer or low level employee experience. Just ask the hundreds of people from the general public seeking help on a daily basis that are met by shutdowns, mandates and a lack of guidance. Just ask the Security Officers in the lobby who work in 50 degree weather (indoors) and are too cold to function at an adequate level. Paltry attention to common sense details = GSA.
I haven't had the pleasure of visiting the Celebrezze Federal building but I plan to visit from Las Vegas and I can only hope that the staff at DFAS is nowhere as incompetent in person as they are over the phone, some of the answers I have received over the phone are border line fraudulent. And I double down dare anyone in the DFAS office to call me out on it.....Sgt Roosevelt A. Rugless U.S.M.C. Retired.
It's sad when you have to go outside in 14 degree weather to warm up, with a deathly freezing wind blowing in your face. The only logical explanation is the building staff has switched over to Celsius temperatures, but has not updated their equipment. Someone please remind them this America ???????? ????. We don't do European stuff here.
