I was very impressed with Dr Le Vine and his nurse at the office. Very professional and caring. He really cares about his patients and their concerns. I would highly recommend him. He also had a Doctor with him on one of my visits and he was so professional and kind as well. His name is Dr Caleb and he is amazing. Trust me you won't be disappointed with this group. This is a good man and an excellent surgeon. He repaired my hernia and treated me very well. He deserves alot for his services here in Saint Petersburg. I have been in pain for years because of this and soon after surgery i was feeling 100 times better. I was in so much pain and he took it from me in an instant. Thankyou so much!!!!

Get all expenses in writing from them. I verified with Cigna that the Dr and the Hospital the surgery was performed at was in-network. The Dr stated his fee, and that his fee was the only one from his office. After the surgery, which did go very well, I get a bill from a company I never heard of. Apparently the Dr uses Intralign surgical assistants. Their office hired them but did not verify they were in network. The office did not even tell me they were hiring another party that would bill me and to make sure they were in network. I spent countless hours fighting Intralign, the Office, and Cigna, going through two appeals process as well, and then finally handing it off to my employer's health advocate group. That group finally got Cigna to process the charge in network, and said the Dr would be educated on the correct process. This took 9 months to resolve!!
