I watched Steven Titus rob a highly decorated disabled veteran with PTST and schizophrenia of thousands of dollars. He was their client! I tried to arbitrate, but this firm wouldn’t meet at a table to discuss the issue or return any phone calls after stealing over $6000. I steer as many people away from this place as I can, and so does a judge whose name I won’t say. This is not a law firm, but rather a crooked organization.

My brother Norval is a disabled vet going through a contentious divorce. He retained the services of Titus and Assoc. for $6k to represent him. The firm asked him to submit a lot of background information, which was difficult since he had no access to files in his home. He did submit the requested information to Debbie in the office of Titus and Assoc. Two weeks went by and Nolan contacted Norval to say paperwork had been lost, please do it all again. Scotty Joe called to ask for a price break , since this clerical error caused a delay in the process. In return for Scotty Joe's intervention, the firm called at 7am to curse my brother and drop his case! After reviewing the WY Bar Code of Conduct, we've found at least 3 glaring violations of my brother's civil rights.
