Been going to Les Schwab for over 25 years. They replaced the rotors on my vehicle this past week. I'm a lifetime customer and will keep coming back for the outstanding service at Les Schwab Tire. The employee comes running out to great me when I drive up. The free popcorn and coffee are always welcome. Clean bathroom, free Wi-Fi and vending machines with all my favorite snacks. Great tires and brakes you can rely on.

Had a flat tire just before getting to work. I installed the spare and drove straight to Schab Tire Center in Lake Stevens. I was their very 1st customer in the morning and everyone was courteous. Especially Ray and Alicea. Ray was ready for me, asked for my car keys and in just 30 minutes, he fixed my flat and I was able to make it to work just in time for my 9am meeting. Ray was not only courteous, but also knowledgeable and expeditious. I will definitely come back and recommend this location to anyone.

Grandson heading back to college in Montana tomorrow morning and the rear brake (newly done but not by Les Schwab) started making noise. They got him in today and repaired the loose bolts for free. Great service!
