The Spitz law firm takes care of business. My case manager Mary Santos contacted me when it came to signing paperwork and any other details about the case and she answered questions I had and scheduled appointments with my attorney Mr. Bean when I needed to speak to him. The Spitz law firm has won 3 cases for me, because I had proper documentation to assist my attorney with my cases. Documentation is crucial when you are suing an employer. They made sure that I was compensated properly. Sean Costello was the attorney for my first case and Fred Bean was my attorney for the last two cases and both attorneys kept me informed and I understood the process. I would recommend anyone to contact Spitz to address any concerns they may have about any potential discrimination claims against an employer.

If your confident in your case and Spitz believes in it as well, they showed me that they will stick through it no matter what while keeping you aware of what is going on throughout the process. We reached out to this lawfirm to help us with a case that was clear cut dry and in black and white proof I then approached them about another situation with more hard core proof they said more than likely they would represent us we just needed to send the proof so we sent it to them and then received an email back stating they could not represent us due me being an independent contractor and I was not I had paystubs and paychecks to prove this. The real reason they don't want the case is because it involves corrupt sheriffs and it scared them and once again I have proof and a recording of the corruption. This lawfirm likes to act big and bad but really they are just a bunch of ambulance chasers. We already reached out to the BBB about them and they already don't have a good rating with them come to find out. Stay away from this lawfirm. Very curious what they do with the evidence they retain from people and then drop them and then make up bullcrap excuses on why they did. Please please please look then up on the BBB before you use them. Look at their negative reviews they already have.
