I recently closed on a home using Stewart Title Co., recommended by a friend. I remembered that I had used Stewart Title Co. in Houston, Texas when I purchased my first home 36 years ago! Chris Saabye & Traci Volta were so accommodating, responsive & helpful. Everything was done efficiently and smoothly!

Traci Volta and her team went above and beyond--truly, above and beyond--to ensure my family and I were not taken advantage of by the D.C. Tax office. Specifically, Traci's courtesy and open communication were key to keeping us reassured, and ultimately to solving our issue.

Considered yourself warned, this title company is terrible. Little to no communication about the process. Very slow to produce work and incorrectly recorded our property title. Three weeks after we allegedly closed, we finally received confirmation/documentation of the closing and title transfer. Finally, their employees are condescending and rude. Stewart Title was the worst part of my home buying experience.
