This business is shady, they do not offer receipts upon payment. All customer service reps get aggressive when you call. They will not tell you they are a debt collector unless you tell them your name. And they read you off some word for word prompt out of a book. It’s impossible to get a hold of someone on the phone after you pay them. They do not keep there word at all. I spoke to several CSRs here and they all told me different settlement amounts. It’s because they earn commission off whatever they collect the debt on.

I have read many bad reviews but I’ve had nothing but pleasant and positive interactions. I deal with one individual, Michael, even when I was ill he cut me a break on my payment. He said he could hear how sick I was and extended my payment even further. Always, always pleasant to interact with. Now, and take no offense anyone reading this, I’ve always been pleasant and accommodating with them. Owned up to my debt. Owned up to the money I could pay, answered all of their calls when they did call. I was straight up with them so they’ve been straight up with me.

I just read some pretty bad 1 star reviews. I guess I’m one of the lucky ones. My contact is Mimi and she has been a pleasure to deal with. Extremely professional with a sincere desire to help me get through this. If the owners of this firm read this review please know Mimi knows how to treat people with kindness, compassion and respect while fulfilling her duties. From reading some of these reviews, it seems like some of the other attorneys in the law firm need to shadow her for a couple days to see how she does it.

Very unprofessional rude customer service reps who have no idea what they are doing or how to even draw up a simple document. Tried to make everything way more difficult than it needed to be They told me at first my account was on hold then they could talk then when I called back it was on hold again. Documents were supposedly signed by me at an address that I had sold 3 years prior. In summary do not trust these people they are shady unprofessional and rude. Fortunately I got lucky and finally got a hold of someone who actually knew what they were doing and resolved the issue in 20 minutes that I had been bickering and arguing over the last week and a half. Lol the one guy told me that I had to make a down payment before I could even see the payment arrangement agreement I was signing smh who would do that.

This place is a scam. They sent me fake court documents that even had my states letterhead on it. After calling my states clerks office and getting in touch with an attorney it was determined that these so called court documents were a fake. Nothing had ever been filed by them in my state. As a matter of fact they were not even licensed to practice law in my state. So if you get anything from this company please verify through your state that it is legitimate. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION other then what they already have and even then do not verify with them that the information is correct. Always check with your states court system if they even practice law in law in your state because apparently they are licensed in Michigan. If court papers come directly from your court system and not in their companies envelope then most likely it's fake. Your court system will always notify you with their envelopes and process servers if you are legitimately being sued.
