I had them draw up owner finance , Deed of trust, and promissory note documents on a transaction over the summer. Susanna quoted me “around $810” over the phone. You can imagine my surprise when we got the bill on our closing statement: $1620! I found the fees to be exorbitant and unfair and, when I questioned them, they emphatically refused to lower the fees. I just got the same work done for me for $425 by the Maas law firm right here in town and they had them for me in one day! Wow, is all I can say.
