I couldn't be more disappointed with the representation I was provided. I paid $5k out of pocket to have Trent act as an inefficient middle man. In our initial meeting, he made me feel very comfortable and confident and like he was really going to do something and the case was going to be a walk in the park. Because of this, I was very patient for months, assuming he was actually doing something. When I became impatient and started to ask him if he's working for me or Delta County, he'd talk real smooth and reassuring about how he was doing nothing. Trent did nothing and accomplished nothing for me. When it was most apparent that his interests are primarily serving the court, not the client, is when I finally spoke up for myself in court because he wouldn't. He scoffed at me and completely acted like, "how dare you embarrass me in front of my friends". I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. It's been several years since Trent has "represented me". As bad as I wanted to leave a review at that time, I wanted to allow the situation to settle to assure myself that I wasn't allowing my emotions take over and that I provide an accurate review. I don't foresee myself ever feeling less robbed by the lack of service and results I was provided for what, to me at least, is a lot of money. I really wish I could have found some legit reviews at the time to help me avoid the horrible experience of paying Trent Stupak to represent me. PLEASE DON'T DO IT!!!

Attorney.T. Stupek is so impressive and worth every penny! Within 40 minutes our case was dismissed as an obvious revenge accusation that should have never gotten to this point. Our whole family is eternally grateful.

The worst attorney's office ever,!!! So i broke through the boardwalk manistique. pulled 6 of the 12 screws out of my foot from previous Operation injuries so severe that munson hospital wants to remove foot i was already fighting a disability from. After wasting my time to the point of no return as these lawsuits are time pending . Mr. Stupak told me after taking my $500 dollar retainer , and boasting that I had a good claim .. lets 3 months go by .. n not a word . I make another appointment to talk with him about the seriousness of this situation. He straight up says he dosen't CARE ABOUT MY CASE NOT WORTH THE TIME AND EFFORT???? DO NOT i repeat dont go to these Clowns.... ruined my whole life.. Now im worse off than ever . And They Dont care .. Mr. Stupaks exact Words. Save yourself a ton of problems and go elsewhere..!! In my highest opinion.

Absolute worst attorney in this area. Doesn't follow through with his promises and just does not care period.
