I got a citation in Sunset Beach, and was reached out to by Sullivan Law, PLLC by letter. After reviewing this firm's on-line reputation and the reputations of a couple of other firms that also sent me letters, I went with Sullivan Law, PLLC. When I called their 24 hour number, I spoke with his assistant and she let me know what my charges could be reduced to if I went with their firm. I was told by his assistant that for this citation/violation, I would not need to show up for court as my citation indicated, but would need to pay their fees ($180), take a four hour on-line drivers' education class ($60), and my ticket would be reduced down to "Improper Equipment", which meant no points on my driving record nor for insurance purpose. I would also have to pay the court costs of $241. I spoke with his assistant 3 or 4 times, but the only disappointment was that I never talked with Mr. Sullivan himself. I did get an email from him right after the court hearing with the results as he had indicated previously. So no trip back to Sunset was required. I am grateful for their professional and timely help!

THIS IS AN EASY CHOICE! It was a beautiful day, driving home from a doctors appointment in Wilmington… very little traffic, blue skies, without a care in the world! Until a very kind Highway patrolman made us aware we should probably pay a little more attention to our speed… 89 in a 60mph zone, OUCH! Anything over 15 mph in NC, requires you to show up in court… We had received an advertisement in the mail for Sullivan Law! A quick call and Dustin Sullivan answered the phone himself… Really!?! Reassuring conversation, Easy payment online, at that time with the ticket details and my Husbands name… and we didn’t even need to go to court in person!! He represented us in court, emailed us afterwards the results, and where We would need to send the court costs for the ticket! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
