They did exactly what they said they would do. Navigating a long process was a bit tricky to understand, but in the end I felt properly prepared by Sullivan staff. I did hear from Michael and he was very nice. The lawyer that handled the trial and prep also gave me confidence to speak honestly and openly about my case with the judge. I’m only giving 4 stars because 5 in my minds eye is impossible to achieve and the process is rarely perfect.

My case took over 2 years. Outcome was great however I felt like I did all the work. Communication was not great. I left messages, unanswered. Emails unanswered. Questions unanswered. Only at the end was their communication with Dana Taylor. Need to have all your staff at the same level of response that Dana was.

I have worked with judges, attorneys and the judicial system my entire career and have to say Sullivan's Law Office is very professional, courteous and trustworthy. Mr. Sullivan and his staff worked diligently to provide me a favorable outcome on my case. They always kept me well informed and worked long side me to get the job done. I highly recommend Sullivan's Law Office for whatever legal needs you may need assistance with!

Mr. Sullivan and his team have went above and beyond to help me not only with my case that they are handling for me now also took the time to walk me through some some very important paperwork so I could avoid paying money for something that was of no fault of my own...Thanks to all of the staff in your office I am much less stressed with this whole situation. I called the office Monday, February 13th asking for a certain type of letter as well as all my paperwork. The receptionist or whoever was rude as hell. She claimed all of it was being sent to me, but it was a lie. The ONLY thing I've received is the letter. Once informing me everything is being sent she rudely hung up on me as I was still talking UPDATE **Michael Sullivan personally called me and got everything straightened out. He was very sincere and polite. I appreciate him taking time out of his weekend and giving me a call on the matter.
