I had to do most of the legwork, and had to stay on top of the case every step of the way. Like pulling teeth to get Brinkley to do anything. Then when it came down to court he didn’t fight for me or brOmg anything I had sent him over the months to help my case. Then immediately after the first hearing he has chosen to ignore me since I already signed a payment agreement. Was definitely better off walking in there on my own and doing the research myself.

Update august 2021 - he hasn't been patient and worked with me despite me having financial struggles... due to hiring another lawyer to handle my unexpected divorce, and the pandemic. This law firm has multiple lawyers. I work Larry sullivant. He has mentored me since I hired over two years ago. He is one of the only father figures or parental figures I’ve had since losing my mother 1/1/18 He is 80 now I believe, he is a great lawyer and person. It has been a tough couple of years for me, he has helped me avoid some additional hurdles that easily could have been much bigger issues. He used to be the judge there in Gainesville, which I imagine helps him have a good working relationship with the current judge.

Pay in full upfront and will not return calls for months! You will get every excuse as to why, as too busy, forgot, out of town.........Entire year later and nothing filed! when send email after months of calling every week and never speaking to Josh Brinkley or getting any information letting them know they have failed miserably and you just want your money back for a job that was never worked on in full or some bill showing why not a complete refund you still cant speak to anyone or get any acknowledgement other than constant worthless apologizing from secretaries. Do not waste your time and money. look at reviews elsewhere also, this is a major problem so why does yahoo have them at 5 stars. ask other lawyers in Gainesville too

Mr. Sullivant got it done for us. He did what he said he would do. I recommend him.
