With no experience with lawyers, I called Rabin with some trepidation - we had a brief conversation on the phone - he was very professional and explained how he could help with the case and what it would cost to engage Summit. The best thing I heard on this call - if he represented me I wouldn't have to appear in person - I live in the East Bay and appearing in Santa Clara would take a whole working day! nnRight after the call he sent me an email providing very specific instructions on what I needed to do ask for a court trial date and some other details relevant to the case. I followed the instructions to get the court date and closer to the court date, I sent him another email with the details of the incident. That's it - that's all I needed to do! nnThe day prior to the court date Rabin called me to explain how things would go down and managed my expectations.
