So far this law firm has not been helpful at all. We have not been able to contact the lawyer himself because he is always busy. We gave them the payment they asked for to start the case and so far they have not done anything AT ALL. It's been 3-4 months already and nothing has been done nor have they communicated with us. I understand that they have a lot of cases to work with but the attorney could at least contact us and keep open communication with us.
Don't believe in this attorney, he take my daughter case, the first meeting was we him, said...."Don't worries,your case is easy, only we need to send some affidavits and probes and we'll help you" we paid $4,000.00. After that we never talked with him again, always was one or his employees. Finally he said "that's nothing else that we can do, only try to delay a court day".....don't trust on him, be careful!
After meeting with Attorney Cornel Potra..he took my case and referred me to his legal assistant Stephanie Portra...I commend her highly in the handling of my situation in a most excellent manner...I highly recommend this law firm.
I recommend Potra Law Firm!!! They have such a wonderful staff . All the staff are always so helpful and kind. One of the Greatest law firms here in Atlanta!!
Very unprofessional and unorganized. They don’t do the applications correctly then blame you for not paying and demand twice the amount and when you try to provide proof of payment(never paid cash to these people) they tell you to go somewhere else if you don’t like how he does the work. They always hang up on you if you ask them for a progress report and if they don’t hang up on you that means you’re gonna get yelled at by these people for insinuating they aren’t doing the job right and that’s gonna cost you more money. Starting to feel scammed at this point bc almost ten years paying this guy and he’s trying to make us start over and repay him thousands of dollars. You need a personal lawyer to make this law firm do their job. If anyone knows of a better firm please let me know.
