As a real estate professional I would never do business with this attorney again. He’s representing the buyers on one of my listings. It has been the absolute worst experience. We’ve been lied to over and over, he does not communicate with the seller attorney, or even his clients. We’ve been lied to by the other broker and trust nothing they say at this point. It’s no surprise to read these other reviews about how disrespectful and unprofessional he is and it’s shocking he’s still in business. I’ve NEVER had a situation like this before and don’t enjoy posting negative reviews but I want to protect others from this experience. I would give zero stars instead of one but that’s not an option.

I was a buyer of a House, I thought he’s gonna help me if anything I need for back up, he actually made it worse, he emailed my mortgage banker and told them if we don’t do closing within some specific days I will lose my deposit, I asked him to request seller for some time, because bank trying hard to get it done for me, he replied I can’t request for any extra days, finally my bank helped me to do it whatever day he asked for, also whatever charges he asked me he charged me more in closing table, I wasn’t able to get anything back he just left from the closing table. Do your math before you sign with him. I would not recommend any innocent buyer.

Very disrespectful. Believe every negative comment. I'm sure he was ignorant enough to put his ignorance in writing somewhere. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM. 0 rating ????

I'm leaving a review now because I did not do it years ago when I was a first time home buyer. By the looks of the recent reviews, this lawyer is still in business which is a shock as in our experience he was unprofessional, unreliable, and worst of all, he lied to us. I was a first time home buyer, he never knew anything, and on closing he told us we needed to come up with an additional 15,000 written out to HIM!!! This was a shock, as we had an agreed amount as to what I was to bring to the table for closing. He made an excuse as to the additional cost at which point, seeing he provided nothing to us was fired on the spot. I got a new lawyer who was very honest and let us know Mr. Sunil behavior and process was unbecoming and rather strange for a lawyer. I came to find out he was trying to sell me a house that had a lien on it!! A few months later he sent a bill for fees of services he never even provided. On top of that his demand of an additional 15,000 was unnecessary...makes you wonder why he wanted a check written to him in that amount. It is my opinion based off of my experience that he is untrustworthy, and takes advantage of those who might now be as knowledgeable about real estate.

he has the worst manners and i have never in my life worked with someone who is so un professional ! stay away from this weird guy - not only is he so rude but he barely even makes any sense when he talks to you you can see by all the reviews how horrible this guy really is
