Susan did great with our case. It definitely was not an easy nor quick one time thing she helped us through the same case multiple times and stayed very diligent and head strong with the whole thing. She was very upfront and honest with us when she saw that things were not going to go the way we wanted but pushed to make sure that our kiddo was in the best possible position which was really our main concern. She always had answers for us when we called her for updates and she stayed on top of making sure we saw the judge in a reasonable time frame. We definitely would recommend her to anyone who is in a custody battle and she fights just as hard for Father's rights which is very refreshing.

10 out of 10, I would recommend again and again! Hands down one of the best attorneys that I have ever dealt with. I am not sure why there are a few one stars, but my experience is very different. Ms. Brown and her staff communicated with me in a timely manner, and were very responsive during my divorce and custody battle. Ms. Brown definitely knows what she is doing. She is the bulldog I want fighting on my side every time! She is the type of attorney that will give it to you straight, and not fill your head full of empty promises.

I know there are some one star reviews on here and maybe their experience was different than mine in a negative way. I can't speak for them. BUT! Mrs. Brown and her staff were the most helpful people in all my needs. I can say that she KNOWS HER STUFF!!! She successfully helped me and even made things happen quicker than I expected. This was a difficult and stressful custody case. Susan and her staff always answered my questions in a timely manner. Everything was explained in terms I understood. They were very caring and made me as comfortable as possible about my concerns. Susan is very thorough and knowledgeable about the law. I would highly recommend Susan D. She was recommended to me but I wish I had spent $6000 on a lawyer for an undisputed divorce that didn’t screw me over. It Had been 10 years and I am having to still deal with her mistakes! First she talked me out of having the state collect child support saying the document she created means his employer would have to pay. He has never had to pay. Second, I am getting remarried and I call to get a copy of my divorce, only to find that MY lawyer never filed it correctly! She was more harm than good and doesn’t focus on the best interest of her client, she’s just their to “steal” your money and talk down to you. Edit: I’m not sure why you can’t find my name in your database, but I can’t say I’m surprised after how ineffectually you handled my paperwork with bartow county. Your name is all over my paperwork and I wish it would let me share a picture to show you. I hope you do a better job with your future clientele.
