As I hope no one ever goes through needing an injury attorney if you do ask for Bryan Ferris. He did an excellent job negotiating, and putting an end to the case. I never felt rushed when we needed to talk. Always answered every question I ever had. It is a nerve racking process and I emailed more then I needed to at times. But again I was always answered in a timely fashion. Is there fee’s yes, and it was stated at the very beginning. They also floated the cost of the case for me, dr’s, etc. overall extremely happy with the outcome and representation. I would recommend.
I would not recommend Schwartz Colleton Ferris PC for workers’ compensation cases. My experience with them has been frustrating and unprofessional from the start. They repeatedly mismanaged my case, submitting documents with incorrect doctor names and dates, leading to multiple resubmissions to me, the court, and Amazon. To make matters worse, the attorney handling my case was either transferred or terminated without clear communication, and my case was dropped in the midst of all the confusion. I only found out the weekend before my scheduled court date that Amazon had actually made a settlement offer—something I should have been informed of much sooner. Since then, getting in touch with these attorneys has been like pulling teeth. I was supposed to receive my settlement check in January 2025, and now, in late February, I’m still waiting. Phone calls and emails go unanswered. When I do get a hold of the secretary, she relays my questions to the attorneys while I can literally hear them whispering in the background instead of speaking to me directly. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and overall mismanagement have left a lot to be desired. If you’re looking for a reliable workers’ compensation attorney, I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
really bad comminication when you have a case here things are not clear they dont provide you with paperwork unless you chase them around for it and dont even wait for a call back horrible literally had to drive 45 min to the office everyone is working remotely but i wont leave with out my case paperwork in my hand i will file a dispute with the law board also
We have been very pleased with the representation we have received. We knew there was a potential issue limiting our resolution but Brandon and his team were diligent and appropriately aggressive to achieve the best possible result for us. He even arranged an appointment with the top shoulder surgeon in the area to treat my injuries. All in all we have been very pleased. We recommend this firm wholeheartedly.
This law firm deserves a 0 not a 1, just to make myself clear Mathew J McElvenny made it very clear to me that there law firm is considered licensed professional thieves, instead of your average they jus dress the part, they fudge numbers to compensate more than u, and u were the injured party, DO NOT UTILIZE THIS LAW FIRM!!!!
