Marcus has done a few auto claims for me he is very easy to work with and always eager to help. He returns calls in a timely fashion I would definitely recommend him to my peers and I have in the past!

These guys are so wonderful and did so much for me. After my car accident there was confusion at the ER as to whether or not I needed surgery on my neck, asap, or not. I was sent home but advised to see a specialist asap. I called numbers and left messages. Communication was awful (possibly due to my confusion from headaches and pain) and i was scared and frustrated. I believe it was the day after calling Swor and Gatto that, all of a sudden, I was getting return calls that made sense. And referrals to the right specialists. My weekend calls to Swor and Gatto when in crisis, were answered without anyone being annoyed with me. They made this painful process as "painless " as possible and I am forever grateful. I called Marcus about an incident that I had absolutely NO clue on where to turn or what to do... he answered and spoke to me for almost and hour, seeing if he would be able to help. Fast forward - he’s given me an outcome that has exceeded my expectations. His team was responsive, friendly, and efficient. Marcus took a truly consultative approach, and made a complicated process easy to understand. 10/10 would recommend!
