Hunter law firm is very Professional , Larry Lockwood & Heather Painter was awesome. I don’t have to look for a law firm if needed again I have a family now. Thanks to all in the firm, everyone is very professional. I recently reached out to this law group for a consult about my situation. 2 days before my appointment they called to change it to over the phone which I had no problem with. They took my email address and just said okay thank you have a good day. Come the day of my appointment I never get a call. So I call and they say yeah we send out an email directing you that you need to call and then it gets transferred to the lawyer for the consult. But not one time was it ever said to me hey look for an email on instructions or directed on what to expect. When asked to reschedule there wasn’t another appointment for 2 more weeks after waiting 2 weeks for this appointment. I was very disappointed in the lack of communication and then made to seem like it’s my fault because “they sent the email” I’m sorry not everybody just monitors there email every single day but I definitely would have if it was mentioned that I would receive something through email about my consult. Not to mention they said it would be $75 for a consult but when they called to change my appointment and I was waiting on hold I heard an ad (while on hold) about how they were having free consultations. So not sure what that’s about.

Sara and her Paralegal Janet are top notch! My case was very complicated and all tricks were played from the opposing side. I could not be more happy with their extremely thorough and detailed help. Amazing!
