Tina Tan's service and capabilities as a lawyer suck! I used her service for my H1 visa and my case got RFE due to her lack of experience. She refused to answer any immigration related questions after my h1b case ends. When I had a few initial questions regarding my green card application and wanted to ask her before meeting her, she got very very impatient and claimed that I had to pay her consulting fees. **Nobody is going to pay you when you don't answer initial questions or don't even want to talk on the phone! I wouldn't work with her at the very beginning if I knew!

Would leave a 0 if possible. This woman is ridiculous. My senior citizen mother hired her for an accident that left her with multiple broken ribs due to store owners negligence in the winter time. My mother won the case years ago, the shop owner was given a year to pay in full and it’s YEARS later and my mother STILL is begging, asking etc this woman to DEMAND payment since this shop owner not only lied about ensuring his property but still actively harrasses my mother and has YET to pay his law suit in full. My mother is attempting to contact this woman again THIS MORNING, to ask Tang, AGAIN, to demand payment. Yes this is a PAID case, and Tang gets her cut before my mother even sees a dime but my mother has spent so much time simply asking this woman to do the job she was hired and paid/is being paid for and she’s only gotten excuses about “a busy home life”, the shop owner not complying etc. Need to say again, this is YEARS PAST when the settlement was due in FULL! This woman is ridiculous and should seriously be reviewed! Stay away! Nothing but a complete headache with this woman!

I wouldn't give a star if I could, it's clear that this is not a responsible lawyer and has an arrogant attitude.

Highly professional in immigration and real estate transactions. I am a return client and their quality service is strongly recommended.

Worst lawyers office I've ever seen. They are fraud.
