I was struck by a car as a pedestrian in April 2023. I had a lot of questions on how to proceed once I was discharged from the hospital. Jim Lynch was incredibly patient and addressed all of my questions along the journey to settling my case. Jim and team were committed to getting me the most money possible with my settlement. He secured additional support from my insurance and negotiated all my bills down significantly. My case closed in early December 2023 and I’m pleased to know I got the most compensation possible despite the man who hit me having minimal insurance. I also learned some tips for improving my own insurance coverage. Highly recommend this firm and Jim Lynch for negotiating on your behalf in a personal injury case.

Do not use this law firm. What I wrote before got taken down. So I know you don't know me, but please believe me. my lawyer didn't talk to me right and cheated me out of money that was due to me by adding charges he couldn't even explain. Me and my case was a joke to him. Yet he and them got paid. No accident you suffer deserves you being looked down on or you being treated unfairly..shame on you who represented me. I won't mention your name on here but you and them know who you are..there are plenty of law firms that will treat you with the respect you deserve.
