I wish I could use negative stars. Do NOT use this place. They will add extra costs in or charge you $90 for a 2 minute email or phone call and screw you over. Then be shady as hell when it comes to disputing it. Trust me you will regret using her services

Karen Taylor and Alexandra Nelissen handled my divorce case and my decree modification with the up most excellence and agression.

This law office is a joke.. When I hired Karen Taylor I had very specific and EASY tasks to accomplish. We asked her to have the decree modified so that we had split transportation, every other tax year, joint custody, major decisions notice between parents, and some specific things in the previous decree removed. None of these things were done, ZERO.... She charged us over $2000 to accomplish nothing. Here are the words literally strait from the decree: 'Petitioner shall retain primary physical care and the terms of the visitation shall remain unchanged from the previous decree' Unchanged!!! What did I hire you for?? So basically none of the tasks were accomplished but some how there was a bill for over $2k. The previous decree had very ridiculous demands, Karen should have seen these demands and had the best interest of us in mind, but there was no mention of these demands or fixing them. We relied on her for her legal knowledge, she did not pass along any info regarding our best interests. She even had my fiance sign the decree that said nothing was changed and then has the audacity to say that 'you signed it'. We signed a bunch of crap and believed that she had our best interests at heart. This firm will take your money and not provide results. They won't give call backs. Karen is NEVER available. When I called to try to dispute the decree and their work the call back came from Karen's attorney. So if you want to be made out to be the bad guy, and have your Attorney's attorney call you, then go ahead and hire this joke of a law firm.... DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR CASE!!!!!!!

Ms. Taylor has handled 3 different cases for me. She did a step parent adoption, a name change, and my divorce. I was always kept in the loop about what was going on and phone calls were always returned within 24 hours. She made very certain that I knew everything that I was signing and made certain I got the best of what was in my rights.
