I can’t say enough about Jodie‘s excellent work on my will. Especially her work on my pet trust. I have never had a will before, so I have no idea what to expect. Jodie is both intuitive and detail oriented. For no extra cost, she sent me a card that can access all of my healthcare information so that if I go into the hospital all I have to do is present the card. Can’t say enough good things.

I was researching for an estate planning lawyer. I was impressed that Temkin states she has the most 5-star reviews in the area, so I did some further research. It is not true. It was easy to find lawyers who have substantially more reviews. I scratched her off my list. I will never trust anyone who engages in false advertising. Maybe she met she has the most reviews for lawyers on her block. It is definitely not true for lawyers in the area.

Temkin Law offers a thorough service. Wendi's calm and organized manner made it easier for us to follow the process through to the end. She answered my questions clearly, until I totally understood the answer. Wendi was very patient and took the time to understand our circumstances and needs. Often questions came up for me after our meetings. She was very timely with her responses to my questions. Wendi asked great questions, that got me thinking in different ways. For example, I used to think "that tree I'd like to buy to plant in the yard is kind of expensive." Now I think about it and say, "Do I want to plant the tree and enjoy watching it grow or do I leave $200 more to one of the many charities we have set up in our estate planning?" Wendi gave us the option of having Temkin Law set up the changes that were necessary to fund the trust we created, or we could do it ourselves with her guidance. We chose to have her make most of the changes for us. She has followed up on several occasions to see that all the transactions had been successfully done. She also sent a letter advising what happens next and to remind us how to add new assets to our trust. Having gone through this process I feel confident that I am not leaving my family with a mess to sort out. I have the comfort in knowing that my future is planned to the best of our knowledge at this time in our lives and that we will review our estate plan with Wendi every three years to make any necessary changes. We have recommended Wendi's services to many of our friends and family.

Wendi is simply awesome. Her process is so well laid out, walking you through all the estate planning options and her knowledge and professionalism is second to none. At the end of the process you have a clear & concise document, listing all your wishes and providing all the information for the management of your estate.
