CHARLES TEMPIO IS THE BOMB! My experience with Charles was excellent. He’s very smart, easy to talk to, and straight forward. I love the way he communicated with me while handling my case. Chuck is the attorney for the slumlords! Will file a lawsuit against you then cancel it the next day and then not file the proper paperwork to notify you. Definitely gets off on making seven-year-old children homeless I was evicted from an apartment due to not being able to pay my rent after a severe car accident (not one time did the slumlord ask how my child was doing she just told me about her problems) the slumlord didn't want to work with me. All apartment don't have proper ventilation system in the bathrooms going outside or operational windows oh yeah not to mention my ceiling is about to fall down. And then her real estate agent told her to double everybody's everybody's rent. Greedy at its finest. There's better attorneys with a Soul and that is actually competent. Unfortunately there's no option to add pictures.
