McBride Glass was recommended to us to repair the windows in our home that had lost their seals. The entire experience was fantastic! Kathy was so pleasant and helpful, answering any of our questions and getting us a quote in a timely manner. The technicians that did the repair work were awesome; Brian and Dave were experienced and professional throughout the process, working quickly and capably. The finished work is beautiful and I only wish we had done it sooner! We anticipate getting screens repaired from them in the near future, too! Highly recommend!

I'm a repeat customer. I first went to them to replace a big piece of broken glass on a special vintage exterior door. I was so happy with their service and quality of their product that I returned a few weeks later to buy a large glass top for my vintage wood desk. I gave her the measurements and she knew exactly what would be the perfect thickness, type of corners, etc. for my purposes. It was perfection when I set the glass top on my desk. They are true experts in their craft which honestly is hard to find nowadays.

Right from the beginning my wife and I have been so happy with the work done by McBride Glass. From the measurement of our shower glass to the installation was nothing but a joy. Not one problem and everyone was so polite and courteous. I highly recommend them and assure you you will be happy also.

OMG - I had the WORST conversation with Patty from McBride Glass. I called saying that I had a leak in a window and wanted to have someone come out and give me an estimate to repair it. She wanted to know the size of the window and if it was a double pane or single and if it had grids in it. I gave her the measurements (not understanding why she needed that, but I did it anyway) and then she asked if it was a rectangular window. I said, the window is 69 x 45. She proceeded to tell me it would cost approximately $900.00 to replace it.. I then said, hold on, first off, the way your speaking to me is very gruff and I'm not sure why you are treating a customer that way and secondly, I'm looking for someone to come and give me an estimate to repair it. Her response was, the glass isn't broken, I said no, there is a leak. She told me they could come out and caulk it but there will be no guarantee it won't still leak. At that point I was done, how does Patty know it's a caulking issue and that a seal doesn't need replacing. I told Patty that now I know why McBride Glass only had a 3 star review and I was going to add a review of the horrible experience I had. She then said she was sorry and hung up.
