This woman is absolutely the rudest and least helpful I’ve ever dealt with. Not only does she require you send multiple documents that only differ by a word, her mission is to make a simple process, hard. I tried sending in my licensed healthcare professionally written ESA letter and she told me it was invalid. I was even told her license number was invalid. It was not invalid, my professional is licensed in two states, and I was forced to send in additional information about my mental health status. It is clear her only specialty is real estate, if even that. She knows nothing about disability laws or HIPPA and she will make that quite clear. Don’t bother doing business with this firm unless you want to deal with unprofessional emails from a phone, uncalled for demands, and complete disregard for consideration. I wish I could give this place an even lower score.

Haven't received any money from my judgements. Called the office to get assistance on how to collect and see my case all the way through and I was asked what research have I done. The paralegal informed me it was her last day and that they were very busy with other cases which was unprofessional to tell a client.
