Insufficient communication. Mistakes on documents and billing.

Avoid by any means. Highly unprofessional, never answer the emails, always need to call them to make sure that they will do the paperwork in time. They will only do the money transfer to the other party the same day you are moving even if they have received the money 4 days before and then you, the customer is waiting on the other side! A shame!
