I have been trying to get information for 5 months. Nobody knows how to help you. Wait on hold for hours. Nobody calls you back. THEN THEN THEN I get put on hold for an hour and the place closes while I am still on hold!!!! I cannot stand having to deal with these people. Just send us the cost and info on where to send our money for renewal each year in an email. Be done with it GOSH!!!!! TOTALLY RIDICULOUS!

As a massage therapist i found the online registration simple, easy, and convienient. I received my new card very promptly. I was, however, very disappointed in the quality of the new cards. Very cheap. Almost looks counterfeit. Surely we deserve a nicer card. Wishing you all best wishes in the transition. Congratulations Mr. David Lauterstein!

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I turned in all of my paperwork and paid my fees for and SLP-A license in July. July 11th to be exact, I even took the online exams and took my background check. I am still waiting, nobody has gotten back to me or even sent me a letter about whether or not my application was rejected or not. I've called them and the people I have been talking to have been no help. It's December, this is ridiculous. If I can't get my license I wish I could at least have my money back.

I'm an ME. They're not there to help me, they are a legal arm of a legislative branch with a collection ability and lawyers running every aspect of management. I imagined when they were created they would be there to protect the interests of my trade, and one day I awoke from that dream.

I tried calling over the phone but I always end up with a busy signal. Impossible to reach by phone. I wish I can give 0 stars.
