I appreciate their efforts and attention that they give to transactions... not just the highlights of the Closing Day. It makes Closing Day something to really celebrate with my clients. It really does matter in such a competitive arena for real estate closing attorneys. With one of my closings with Dana and her staff, a different closing attorney decided that they would not be able to close the deal and abruptly advised that they're returning the buyer's earnest money funds. This was due to the complexities of the transaction, ones that my seller nor the buyer had created... county records and past owner issues did. After a consultation with Mrs Allen, she said there wasn't anything existing that could not be resolved, and the transaction could close as initiated. She saved our deal, and we closed! There are many choices in Atlanta. Do not choice this law firm. They are disrespectful to customers and lenders. They are very over priced. A few minutes before closing they asked for additional funds. Chose your legal representative well.

I don't like to leave negative reviews. Everyone was very nice and friendly. The facility where I signed my closing documents was very clean and neat. However, due to something or someone at Allen Law Group, my home almost went into foreclosure! That's all I will type here.
