I was with my husband when he stated because his case looked like it was going to be complicated so he was charging a certain fee if not it'll be less. We gave 1/2. When my husband went with the lawyer they found out USCIS made a mistake and my husband never needed a lawyer. The lawyer that was with him said this was the easiest case ever.
