Was charged with a DUI. Initially, I just wanted to rush and get it over with. My lawyer at the Benjamin Law Firm, Craig Napier urged that I use patience. I wanted to just do the classes, pay the money, and have this behind me. I felt ashamed about the DUI. I also was in the army at the time, so I was embarrassed. With his patient and encouraging advice Craig educated me on why I am innocent and have a chance to win in court. My uncle referred me to Benjamin Law and told me Kim and her staff were the best in KC. After using them for my own case I can say the same. Craig Napier was able to expose the Police officer’s false claims and mistakes. Waiting to attend court because of all the delays due to COVID, one judge ruled in my favor! And the prosecutor in Criminal court dismissed my case! After all the doubt and emotional distress I was proven innocent! Thank you Craig and Kim.

I am extremely put off at receiving an advertisement in the mail from this company after they searched case.net and decided I needed their service. I have never had an issue with alcohol in my life and it was embarrassing to see mail from a DWI center with my name on it. My current "case" is for not having an insurance card on me.... Please stop sending people mail with "DWI criminal law center" written huge on the front!!

We have unfortunately had to use this office twice. But I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. Both Craig and Kimberly are the best. They are truly amazing. They care not only about their clients but their families and the well being of their clients. I highly recommend them. They provide a service to their clients that is amazing.
