This was NOT the case for BFL... in many any other cases, the judge had obvious questions, paperwork kick backs, at the cost of waiting for another court date or paying additional fees to submit documents again. If you REALLY want to get worked over and pay a lot for it...Brandon Family Law is for you! I had the absolute worst experience with them and the attorney assigned to my case, Karen Howe. It's my opinion to this day that she [Howe] was colluding with opposing counsel. This all came to a head the day of the hearing when she [Howe] approached the judge and dismissed herself from the case. ON THE DAY OF! No warning, nothing. They left me to defend myself. I ended up going to a BNI meeting and Ms. Karen Howe was there. She refused to even make eye contact with me. This was several years ago, and I'm still living the nightmare all because I decided to use Brandon Family Law. Save yourself YEARS of headaches and find another law firm. I'm positive there are much better family law firms, and they won't bail on you the day of your hearing!
