From helping with estate needs, guardianships (plural) for the family, and ultimately navigating the untimely passing of my mother, father, grandmother, grandfather, and aunt, Sancha, Leigh, and team have been amazing to work with for nearly 15 years. Whether it's been court petitions or emergent needs with medical facility legal teams, this firm has been a tremendous resource and just generally wonderful people. I would highly recommend Sancha to anyone looking for this kind of legal support team to fully support you.

They were appointed as curator for my dad's estate by the court for 90 days, it's been over two years and she has continually delayed and thwarted the judicial system by using procedural rules to her advantage, avoiding to provide supporting documentation for her enormous fees to the very people she is demanding pymt for. She is part of the Florida bar commitee, revises the Fla bar rules book ( go figure), and uses them against her clients for financial gain. She and her dad are well established and known for writing books and giving seminars to her fellow attorneys about judicial conduct, procedures, and court rulings while simultaneously violating the rights of her clients and as a fiduciary. She continues to get away with questionable billing that she refuses to validate w ANY proof other than her word and billing invoice created by HER own law office which is run by her, her dad and another relative! I am currently battling her in court to get billing info while she's breaching her fiduciary duty of preserving estate assets, failing to act prudently and lacks impartiality towards me and two other interested parties! She refuses to resign but expects the estate to pay her for charges that appear to be fraudulent on her invoice and/ or questionable at best. If she and her firm have nothing to hide, why did she not provide the information??! Sancha Brennan Whynot and her dad Dan Brennan have no problem preying on those ignorant of the law and violating their rights. They will use the law as a weapon against their client, and if one dares question their outrageous billing fees and ask for supporting documentation to verify their charges, they don't exist. They appear to use their attorney's license as a license to steal money that doesn't belong to them. Unfortunately, the court system only enables these type of people who disquise themselves as lawyers by allowing them to charge whatever they want without evidence. DO NOT HIRE this daughter and pop firm as curator or attorney for ANY estate unless you are prepared to lose all control over assets and money. Crooks!

I have used this law firm for many of my guardianship cases for the past 10 years. Their attorney's are very knowledgeable of the guardianship laws and best practices. They go by the book and stay away from gray areas which I like and prefer from attorney's representing me and my Wards. The staff is very productive and easy to work with. They stay on top of things and are responsive when you call or email. I will continue to use this firm to assist me in providing quality services to those in need.

My uncle has been going to her over the years Sancha Whynot has alot of hidden fees and she appears always busy return phone calls when she wants too.
